A detailed investigation of the temperature-controlled fluidized bed solar dryer: A numerical, experimental, and modeling study

Solar thermal systems are generally utilized for providing sustainable and environmentally friendly energy that can be used in different applications. In the present study, a temperature-controlled fluidized bed solar drying system along with flat plate zigzag fins has been designed, manufactured, experimentally tested. first step, behavior of designed air collectors numerically modeled. next system’s performance investigated. The overall efficiency was found to 64%. maximum exergy calculated as 7.2% 11.6%, respectively. Then moisture content (MC) ratio (MR) values were modelled by response surface methodology (RSM), predicted results compared four metrics. It parameters highly fitted mathematical models. MC metric accurate criteria R2, R-RMSE, MBE 0.9995, 1.94%, ?0.0096, general outcomes numerical, experimental modeling analyses this research exhibited successfulness developed system.
